As many of you know, The Highlands Homeowners Association held its annual meeting Saturday, December 3, 2011. Unfortunately we did not have enough members in attendance for a quorum, there fore we were unable to have a vote, However per the By-laws, the Board of Directors have the authority to appoint new member. Therefore, we are happy to announce that we have some new faces on the Board of Directors this year. Our new Board members are Mike Sparacio, President; Amanda Michel, Vice President; Shelley Hoffpauir, Secretary; Tara McCormick, Treasurer; and Adam Hughes, EACC Chairman. We will be meeting shortly to discuss new business and will update you more as the transition occurs.

If you would like to assist the board by serving on a committee such as EACC for one, please let us know.

Feel free to forward any and all questions and/or concerns you wish to express to any member of the new Board of Directors. Also, please make sure that the board has all of your current information on file (email address, mailing address, etc.).
