The Board of Directors of the HHASTI is preparing for the Annual Membership Meeting.

A list of the Membership entitled to vote will be filed and open to the examination by any member in the Law Offices of Raymond C. Burkart, Jr. at 321 N. Florida St. Covington, LA 70433 (985)893-3390 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on November 24, 25 and 26, 2008.

Please be aware that your name will not appear on the aforementioned list if you have not paid your dues and special assessment through December 31, 2008, and you will not be eligible to vote at the Annual Membership Meeting.

The Treasurer has mailed final reminders to those members, who are delinquent in the payment of their dues and special assessment. The books will be closed November 5, 2008 in order to allow the Board sufficient time to prepare and mail meeting announcements.

Payments of dues and special assessment received after November 5, 2008 will not count toward eligibility to vote at the next Annual Membership Meeting.
