Highlands is a private subdivision developed in 1983 by Lee Road Development
Company.
It is located in rural Covington, LA approximately 15-miles North of I-12. There
are 126 residential building sites ranging in size from approximately 2-acres to
approximately 5-acres, with 3-lakes totaling approximately 100-acres bordering
the North side of the subdivision.
