1) Dues: Dues are required to be paid in advance each year, either annually (by January 1) or semi-annually (by January 1 and July 1) and will be considered delinquent by the 15th of the month due.

For owners with homes under construction, when construction has been completed and a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued, the dues will then increase to that for residences beginning with the first month in which the certificate is issued.

2) Delinquent Dues: As discussed at the meeting on November 3, 2007, the Board of Directors will proceed with legal action to collect delinquent dues.
